    El objeto de este artículo es poner a prueba la pertinencia del pensamiento de Mijaíl Bajtín en los estudios intermediales. Para ello me propongo recuperar y caracterizar dos conceptos clave del pensador ruso: sujeto y conciencia. Ambos permiten repensar la noción de alteridad como un proceso que constituye al sujeto y desplazar lecturas que interpretan lo otro como amenaza o elemento de contraste externo. A partir de ellos propongo una reflexión sobre la noción de guion cinematográfico, cuya pluralidad interna admite una lectura a la luz de una perspectiva dialógica. La hipótesis de este trabajo es que la proyección de un enfoque bajtiniano sobre la teoría de la intermedialidad permite recuperar el papel positivo que lo otro ejerce en la constitución de cualquier práctica cultural, proponiendo una sensibilidad más atenta a los procesos de intercambio y transferencia de los que forma parte.

    The purpose of this paper is to test the pertinence of Mikhail Bakhtin’s thinking in intermediality studies. For this purpose, I propose to recover and characterize two key concepts of the Russian thinker: subject and consciousness. Both allow us to rethink alterity as a process that constitutes the subject and to move readings that interpret the other as a threat or external contrast element. From them I propose a reflection on the notion of film script, whose complex word-image articulation admits a reading in the light of a dialogical perspective. The hypothesis of this work is that the projection of a bakhtinian approach on reflections on intermediality allows us to recover the positive role that the other exerts in the constitution of any cultural practice, proposing sensitivity more attentive to the processes of exchange and transfer of which it forms part.
