    Malí, junto con los otros Estados que componen el G5 Sahel (Burkina Faso, Chad, Mauritania y Níger), y Nigeria y Camerún al sur de dicha subregión, tienen en la amenaza del terrorismo yihadista uno de los principales obstáculos a su estabilidad tanto en términos nacionales como regionales. De la evolución y las tendencias de dicha amenaza se ocupa el presente análisis.

    Mali, together with the other States belonging to the G5 Sahel (Burkina Faso, Chad, Mauritania, and Niger), and Nigeria and Camerun in the southern border of that subregion, are sharing the Jihadist terrorism as one among the most relevant obstacles to their stability, either in domestic or in regional terms. This paper is analyzing the evolution and trends of such threat.
