¿Basta con afirmar y promover la doctrina tradicional acerca de la vinculación entre la Eucaristía y el domingo? Partiendo de esta pregunta, el artículo recuerda la llamada que hacen Eucharisticum mysterium y otros documentos magisteriales a revalorizar el día domingo como «día del Señor», reafirmando su centralidad a lo largo de la historia de la Iglesia. Después, tras constatar que dicha condición está en peligro, analiza las principales causas de esta situación. Y, finalmente, se proponen caminos de respuesta que renueven la vinculación entre la Eucaristía y el domingo.

Does it suffice to affirm and promote the traditional doctrine about the links between Eucharist and the Sunday? From this question, the article reminds the call that does Eucharisticum mysterium and other magisterial documents to revalue the Sunday as the «day of the Lord», reaffirming its centrality over the history of the Church. Thus, after noting that this condition is in danger, the author analyses the main causes of this situation. And, finally, he proposes ways of answer that renew the links between the Eucharist and the Sunday.
