Industrial minerals shipments have mostly returned to normal as the Yangtze river traffic eased following the end of the three gorge lock maintenance. The main titanium dioxide producing region in China is in Panzhihua, Sichuan, an area which also relies on the Yangtze river for transportation of raw materials.
