Resumen de Estrategias retórico-ideológicas en el testimonio de victimarios de la dictadura militar chilena

  El testimonio de los perpetradores pone en cuestión algunas de las condiciones discursivas, epistémicas y éticas que se presuponen en las declaraciones de las víctimas. En este artículo, se lleva a cabo un análisis de discurso de las testificaciones de tres victimarios representativos de las violaciones a los derechos humanos y la represión política durante la dictadura militar en Chile. A través de los textos testimoniales de Augusto Pinochet, Manuel Contreras y Miguel Krassnoff se identifican algunas estrategias retórico-ideológicas que ca- racterizan el formato de testificación de este tipo de victimarios, entre las que destacan la victimización vicaria, la autojustificación socio-histórica, la autojustificación patriótica y la autojustificación basada en el ethos militar, así como la exculpación proyectiva y el discurso anticomunista. Como conclusión, se discuten los rendimientos probatorios y éticos de esta clase de testimonio altamente autojustificativo, exculpatorio e ideológicamente enmarcado.

  The testimony of the perpetrators puts in question some of the discursive, epistemic and ethical conditions that are presupposed in the testimony of the victims. In this article, a discourse analysis of the testifications of three perpetrators representative of human rights violations and political repression during the military dictatorship in Chile is carried out. Through the testimonial texts of Augusto Pinochet, Manuel Contreras and Miguel Krassnoff, some rhetorical-ideological strategies are identified that characterize the witnessing format of this type of victimizers, among which are vicarious victimization, socio-historical self-justification, patriotic self-justification and self-justification based on the military ethos, as well as projective exculpation and anticommunist discourse. In the conclusion, we discuss the evidentiary and ethical yields of this kind of testimony that is highly self-justifying, exculpatory and ideologically framed.
