    En aquest article es presenten alguns dels aspectes més rellevants de la preparació d’una primera fase d’un repositori digital municipal d’accés obert, cultural, cooperatiu i centrat únicament en l’àmbit informatiu i de difusió. Es tracta d’una proposta de planificació que no s’ha portat a la pràctica i que podria ser útil a l’hora de dur a terme un projecte de característiques similars. S’exposen també les incerteses i reflexions derivades dels objectius i les característiques del projecte i que, més enllà de la utilització de programari i maquinari, impliquen un compromís que corresponsabilitzaria [noves normes IEC] la ciutadania i les institucions amb el patrimoni cultural.

    This article presents some of the most relevant aspects in the preparation of the first phase of an openaccess, cultural and cooperation-based digital municipal archive focused solely on information and broadcasting. It is a planning proposal that has not yet been implemented, but it is one could be useful for conducting a project of similar characteristics. It also addresses some of the uncertainties and the feedback gleaned from the project’s objectives and characteristics, and which, beyond the use of software and hardware, calls for a joint commitment to cultural heritage by citizens and institutions alike.
