  • CoachBot, developed by the London-based HR company Saberr, assesses workplace dynamics, listens to staff grievances and suggests ways to make teams more productive. It is currently being trialled by 10 firms and the UK'S National Health Service. One early adopter is Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust which specializes in mental health. The trust is now using the chatbot for 30 employees over a 12-month period to see if it helps improve outcomes for patients and employees' perception of the effectiveness of their teams.
