  It is noticed that with the advent of the internet, communication and the exchange of information assumed new standards of speed and quality. It is also a fact that social networks have been widely used not only for entertainment and marketing purposes, but also to accelerate the exchange of information in activities and operational practices (even if not institutionalized by the company), but as an alternative that Collaborators found to leverage their processes. Thus, it is intended with this article to evaluate the existence of this phenomenon, its intensity, as it has been structured by the collaborators and what the main results perceived

  Percebe-se que com o advento da internet, a comunicação e a troca de informações assumiu novos padrões de velocidade e qualidade. É também fato que as redes sociais têm sido amplamente utilizadas não apenas para fins de entretenimento e marketing, mas também para acelerar a troca de informação nas atividades e práticas operacionais (mesmo que de forma não-institucionalizada pela empresa), mas como uma alternativa que os colaboradores encontraram para alavancar seus processos.
