    La partición de la herencia es el reparto del patrimonio del causante entre los herederos en proporción a la cuota que a cada uno corresponde, y comprende varias operaciones que determinan la división y adjudicación, la disolución de la comunidad hereditaria y su liquidación. Se produce una vez que se ha acreditado, con el título hereditario, quiénes son las personas con derecho a heredar, tras haber aceptado herencia. Se pretende con este artículo ofrecer una visión global de la partición de la herencia analizando, en especial, el procedimiento judicial de la division de la herecia, en todos sus trámites con referencias a resoluciones judiciales que analizan y concretan, tanto los presupuestos legales como sus consecuencias prácticas

    The partition of the inheritance is the distribution of the estate of the deceased among the heirs in proportion to the share that corresponds to each one and includes several operations to determine the division and award, the dissolution of the hereditary estate and its liquidation. It takes place once it has been certified, with the hereditary legal title, who are the persons with the right to inherit, after having accepted the inheritance. This paper is intended to provide an overview of the partition of the inheritance by analysing, in particular, the judicial procedure for the division of the inheritance, with all its proceedings with reference to judicial resolutions that analyse and specify both the legal and practical implications
