La evolución de las telecomunicaciones en el mundo de hoy trae como consecuencia la utilización indiscriminada por parte del hombre del internet, y de los mecanismos para establecer vínculos a nivel mundial con cualquier cantidad de personas sin considerar el aspecto ético. Situación que es evaluada por muchas organizaciones que tienen acceso a este poderoso medio y ven igualmente el riesgo de usarlo inapropiadamente, sobre todo por personas con una falta de responsabilidad social y ética para con sus semejantes y con el resto de la humanidad.

The evolution of telecommunications in the world today brings with it the consequence of man’s indiscriminate use of the Internet and the mechanisms to establish links around the world with any number of people without considering ethical aspects. This situation is appreciated by many organizations with access to this powerful means of communication who nevertheless see the risks of its inappropriate use, above all by people with a lack of social and ethical responsibility regarding their fellows and the rest of humanity.
