Es presenten les restes d'aguila marina Haliaeetus albicilla obtengudes al jaciment d'Es Pouas, Eivissa. Aquesta especie ha estat extirpada de I'ornitofauna eivissenca rera l'arribada de I'home. Es trobava al cim de la piramide trofica de les Pitiüses i és responsable de I'acurnulació de diverses restes d'ocells en Es Pouas.
Fossils of the White-Tailed Eagle Haliaeetus albicilla have been found in the Quaternaty cave deposit of Es Pouas, Eivissa. This species has been extirpated from Eivissa after the human colonization of the Island. The White-Tailed Eagle was at the top of the food pyramid of the Pityusic Islands and has been the responsible for the accurnulation of a part of the bone remains found at Es Pouas.
