Resumen de Patología ocular como factor desencadenante de la inactividad en educación física

  La inactividad física y el sedentarismo están cada vez más presentes en la sociedad actual, y en ocasiones los problemas de visión pueden afectar a este sedentarismo. Se planteó este estudio con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de obesidad y patología ocular que presentan los participantes seleccionados en el presente estudio y comprobar la relación existente entre ambas. Participaron en este estudio 2.956 participantes a los cuales les fue aplicado el IMC y el test de agudeza visual de la E de Snellen. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que un 26,30% de los escolares tenían obesidad, y un 12,5% miopía; igualmente se determinó que la variable miopía no influía en el sedentarismo. Las principales conclusiones a resaltar son; la necesidad de desarrollar programas de formación y ejercicio físico para detectar, prevenir y tratar la obesidad infantil y el sedentarismo.

  Physical inactivity and sedentary lifestyles are increasingly present in today's society, and sometimes vision problems can affect this inactivity. This study had the objective of determining the level of obesity and ocular pathology presenting selected participants in this study confirmed the correlation between the two.

  Participated in this study 2,956 participants which was applied to them by the IMC and the test of visual acuity of Snellen E. The results showed a 26.30% of the students were obese, and 12.5% myopia; also found that myopia Variable not influence the inactivity.
