Multitud de estudios clínicos, epidemiológicos y experimentales demuestran que el consumo de alcohol durante el embarazo puede causar muerte fetal, malformaciones y alteraciones cognitivas y de la conducta en el niño, sin embargo su uso y abuso continúa siendo elevado. En este articulo se muestran las diferentes consecuencias de este consumo, como de prevenirlo, diagnosticarlo y en caso de ser posible tratarlo.
There are many clinical, epidemiological and experimental studies that prove that alcohol consumption during the pregnancy may be the cause of fetal death, malformations and cognitive and behaviour disorders in child, however, its consumption remains high.
