El trabajo está focalizado en el análisis del objetivo dieciséis de los ODS, especialmente en el derecho de acceso a la justicia, en la importancia de su reconocimiento y protección por parte de todos los Estados y en el ejercicio efectivo por todas las personas del mundo, sin ningún tipo de discriminación. El Estado debe garantizar el acceso universal de este derecho a las personas, teniendo en cuenta su realidad, para hacer efectivo otros derechos humanos. Se trata de un derecho humano que forma parte del núcleo duro de los derechos humanos y su reconocimiento y protección efectiva contribuirá en la construcción de una sociedad pacífica, equitativa y justa.

The work is focused on the analysis of goal sixteen of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially in the right of access to justice, in the importance of its recognition and protection by all States and in the effective exercise by all people of the world, without any discrimination. The State must guarantee universal access to this right to people, taking into account their reality, to enforce other human rights.
It is a human right that is part of the hard core of human rights and its recognition and effective protection will contribute to the construction of a peaceful, equitable and just society
