    Se inicia el presente trabajo con una clarificación conceptual del “constructo clima”, al tiempo que se diferencia con otros constructos con los que se relaciona y a veces confunde, como clima escolar, cultura, clima social y clima organizativo. Seguidamente, se exponen las perspectivas actuales más difundidas para su estudio. Estas son las perspectivas de la "personalidad" y de la "salud". Finalmente hacer referencia a los distintos tipos de medida del clima escolar y las diversas técnicas para poder intervenir en él y, si es el caso, mejorarlo.

    We begin the present work with a conceptual clarification of the "constructo climate", at the time that we differentiate it with other constructos with those that she/he is related and it sometimes confuses, as school climate, “culture”, social climate and organizational climate. Subsequently, centering us in the school climate, we expose for the current perspectives more diffused for their study. These are the perspectives of the "personality" and of the "health". AND, we finish making reference to the different types of measure of the school climate and the diverse techniques to be able to intervene in him and, if it is the case, to improve it.
