The work includes 37 new observations of Black Kite Milvus Migrans in Menorca during a period between 1996 and 1998. The observations are distributed along the year, thus proving the regular presence of this species through all the months of the year. The 27% of the records ocurring in winter months (November, December and January), the species have been present during the last 3 years, this confirming the species as a regular (but slender) winter species. The present article aims to extend the present status of the Black Kite from slender migrating species to winter and slender migrating species and non-breeding rare summer species
