Després d’haver publicat diversa documentació inèdita de l’Arxiu Històric Nacional de Madrid, sobre els religiosos i religioses exclaustrats de les diócesis d’Astorga i León, Galícia, Asturias, Burgos, Calahorra, Girona, Seu d’Urgell, Tarragona i Tortosa i d’altres diócesis de Catalunya, al no trobar al mateix arxiu el catàleg dels exclaustrats residents a la diòcesi de Barce-lona, l’autor decidí fer-lo ell mateix, servint-se del fons de l’Arxiu Diocesà de Barcelona: Estadística del Clergat segle එංඑ (1834-1875), Boletín Ofi cial Eclesiástico del Obispado de Barcelona (1858-1925) i índex de Preveres Diocesans de Barcelona (1757-2007), que l’autor ha enriquit notablement en nous noms, dates i dades biobibliogràfi ques, resultant avui ser el catàleg més complet dels exclaustrats residents a Barcelona entre 1835 i 1875.

After having published several unpublised documents of the National Historical Archive of Madrid, about the expelled religious from the dioceses of Astorga and León, Galicia, Asturias, Burgos, Calahorra, Girona, Seu d’Urgell, Tarragona and Tortosa and other dioceses of Catalonia, not fi nding in the same archive the catalog of expelled residents in the dioceses of Barcelona, the author decided to do it himself, using the background of the diocesan archive of Barcelona: stadistics of the clergy of XIX century ( 1858-1925), offi cial eclesiastical bulletin of the bishopric of Barcelona ( 1858-1925) and the index of diocesan presbyters of Barcelona (1757-2007, which the autor has has greatly enriched with new names, dates and bibliographical data, being today the most complete catalog of expelled residents in Barcelona between 1835 and 1875.
