  El objetivo de este artículo es determinar la relación que existe entre el acoso escolar y la autoestima en estudiantes de educación primaria de instituciones educativa de Chosica. Se analiza el acoso escolar como medio de represión en instituciones educativas peruanas, generando alertas en la comunidad educativa y las familias, en virtud del nivel de violencia verbal, física y emocional, llegando en algunos casos a la muerte de la víctima. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, y se concluye que los estudiantes que en promedio general presentan un acoso escolar alto, también poseen baja autoestima.

  The objective of this article was to determine the relationship between bullying and self-esteem in elementary school students from Chosica educational institutions. Currently, it is presented in Peruvian educational institutions, bullying, as a means of repression from one group to another, generating alerts in the educational community and families; for the verbal offenses that occur, physical aggression, even the death of schoolchildren; affecting physical and mental health. The research has a quantitative focus, and it turned out that students on average show high school bullying and low self-esteem.
