    Reshaping the parishes creates some kind of a true synodality on the field of the parish. Such a process is not always met with a formal structure, but at least synodality exists here in a nascent fashion, which is not to be overlooked. The present magisterium invites us to enhance collective dynamics in all the aspects of the Church’s mission along the path of synodality. The current reshaping of the parish is an opportunity to try this process out.

    Les reconfigurations paroissiales induisent une véritable synodalité sur le terrain paroissial qui, à défaut d’être toujours formalisée, est en tout cas pour le moins inchoative, ce qui est loin d’être négligeable. Le magistère actuel invite au renforcement des synergies dans tous les domaines de la mission de l’Église et appelle à suivre pour ce faire le chemin de la synodalité. Le terrain paroissial en cours de reconfiguration en est un banc d’essai privilégié.
