    Within all the dioceses, the continuous growth of the territorial network along the line of the grouping of parishes goes hand in hand with the implementation of a renewed work organization between priests and lay people in charge in accord with the notion of governance. However, the search for another relationship of the parish with its area than the strict territorial local grid leads us to question the relevance of the transition from the image of the enclosure to that of the hub around which ecclesiastical life is structured.

    Dans l’ensemble des diocèses, l’élargissement continu du maillage territorial par regroupement de paroisses va de pair avec la mise en œuvre d’une nouvelle organisation du travail entre le prêtre et les laïcs en responsabilité selon le concept de gouvernance. Mais la recherche d’une autre territorialité de la paroisse que celle du quadrillage strict amène à s’interroger sur la pertinence du passage de la figure de l’enclos à celle de pôles de vie ecclésiale.
