El presente trabajo pretende analizar los efectos que la reciente negociación colectiva ha producido en la evolución de la retribución del trabajo en la última década. Para ello se abordará el análisis de una serie de convenios colectivos, previamente seleccionados, de aplicación en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía. Dicho análisis estará presidido por la pretensión de desentrañar las causas de dos de los fenómenos más significativos apreciables al respecto. Por una parte, la marcada brecha retributiva apreciable entre distintos colectivos de trabajadores, en especial, entre los trabajadores que se incorporaron al mercado de trabajo con posterioridad a la crisis económica y los que ya acumulan una cierta antigüedad. En segundo lugar, se pretenderá explicar las razones de las derivas salariales existentes entre la evolución del salario pactado convencionalmente y la retribución media efectiva.
The present work tries to analyze the effects that the recent collective negotiation has produced in the evolution of the remuneration of work in the last decade. To this end, the analysis of a series of collective agreements, previously selected, applicable in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, will be addressed. This analysis will be chaired by the pretense of unraveling the causes of two of the most significant phenomena that are appreciable in this regard. On the one hand, the marked pay gap appreciable between different groups of workers, especially among those who joined the labor market after the economic crisis and those who already accumulate a certain age. Secondly, it will be explained the reasons for the wage deviations between the evolution of conventionally agreed salary and the effective average remuneration.
