La calidad de vida laboral en la facultad de ciencias económicas de la Universidad de las Tunas

    En el contexto actual las Universidades luchan por tener una Calidad de Vida Laboral favorable, que logre motivar, comprometer y estimular a los trabajadores. Nuestra Universidad no se encuentra ajena a esta realidad y por supuesto la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas está identificada con este proceso. Sin embargo, se identificaron insatisfacciones de sus docentes con algunos criterios relacionados con la Calidad de Vida Laboral de la Facultad. De ahí que esta investigación se centró en evaluar la Calidad de Vida Laboral, a través de la medición de diversos indicadores relacionados con la misma, sustentado en un diagnóstico que incorporó las dimensiones objetivas y subjetivas. Se utilizaron diferentes métodos de investigación: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, observación, encuesta y la dinámica de grupo. Como resultado de la presente investigación se concluye además, que la Calidad de Vida Laboral que poseen los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas no es la óptima para su correcto de desempeño como profesionales.

    In the current context the Universities along the country fight to have a good Quality of Working Life, which is able to motivate, to commit and to stimulate the workers. Our University is not unaware to this reality and of course the Department of Economic Sciences is identified with this process. However, dissatisfactions of their educational ones were identified with some approaches related with the Quality of Working Life of the Department. Like result, this investigation was centred in evaluating the Quality of Working Life, through the measurement of diverse indicators related with the same one, sustained in a diagnosis that incorporated the objective and subjective dimensions. Different investigation methods were used: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, observation, interviews and the group dynamics. As a result of the present investigation that also concludes that the Quality of Working Life that possesses the educational of the Department of Economic Sciences is not the good one for its correct of acting as professionals.
