  • The article reports on Greek humor among Arab and Muslims in the medieval and modern Middle East. It is said that Arab and Muslims in the medieval and modern Middle East were profoundly misunderstood and the public got the idea that they lacked sense of humor. However, Arab culture has been capable of humor from pre-Islamic times.
