  • The article focuses on illustrations in different editions of the book "Jewish Antiquities," by historian Josephus. Topics discussed include author Guy N. Deutsch mentioning reuse of illustrations by Jost Amman in German translation, iconographically relevant differences between the book and the Old Testament reflected through images and illustrations by Tobias Stimmer not from version of Esther's procession.
