Resumen de La 'lingua commune' di Giovanni Tarcagnota: toscanizzazione, autoctonia e antibembismo inconsapevole
The language of Giovanni Tarcagnota (1508-1566), one of the most important antiquarians of the xvith century, is characterized by several influences: Tuscan, Neapolitan and his mother-tongue. This interesting condition of his writings shows that his tongue and cultural heritages form a literary language, that he defined “commune”, to founed on history technical language not derived from poetry and unawere opposition to Bembo theories.
