En el presente artículo se analizará, muy someramente, la presencia de varios motivos llegados desde el imaginario de Extremo Oriente (China y Japón), que aparecen (si bien algo confundidos) en algunos de los cuentos publicados por la conocida editorial de Saturnino Calleja. Comprobaremos cómo China y Japón aparecen como parte de un todo indiferenciado y compacto.

This article briefly analyses the presence of several motifs which belong to the traditions from the Far East (China and Japan) in some of the tales published by Saturnino Calleja. One of the important characteristics of the presence of these features is that, to a certain extent, they appear in a misleading way. One of the conclusions of this analysis is to prove the fact that China and Japan turn up to be part and parcel of a whole which is different and compact at the same time.
