Resumen de Condiciones laborales de niños y jóvenes asalariados en México 2006-2014

En este artículo, se investigan las condiciones laborales de asalariados entre 12 y 17 añosde edad en México, en el entendido de que son menores de edad, por lo tanto, existen leyesque regulan su contratación y entorno laboral. Al ser asalariados, también se supone queexiste una mayor posibilidad de ser formales y de obtener las disposiciones que por ley seles deben otorgar. Desde el año 2007, el gobierno puso mayor atención a este núcleo de trabajadores, pero en vez de mejorar sus condiciones laborales, han empeorado.

In this article, it’s researched the labor conditions of employees of 12 to 17 years old in Mexico, understanding they are minors, therefore there are laws that regulate their hiring and workplace. If they are employees, also we are supposing there is a high possibility they will be formal employees and get the provisions that by law should be granted. Since 2007, the government paid more attention these employees but their labor conditions instead of improving, have worsened.
