Resumen de Reformulação e políticas de implantação de novas propostas curriculares do curso de administração

  The study of the reformulations of the undergraduate course in Administration in Brazilian universities in the context of national changes, seeks to understand the possibility of curricular decision making in the course of Administration of a Brazilian university, a study carried out at the University of Minho, in the specialty of Curriculum Development. The paper reflects on how these curricular reforms have occurred. Finally, it was verified that the new curricular proposal of the DCN / 2005 makes possible curricular decisions and innovative curricular practices that allow not only the reflection of the socioeconomic reality, but also the formation of administrators with skills and abilities to manage the organizations and as agents of change in Reproductive practices of tools and execution of outdated activities in the organizational and social context.

  O estudo da reformulação do curso de graduação em Administração nas universidades brasileiras no contexto de mudanças nacionais procura entender a possibilidade de tomadas de decisões curriculares no curso de Administração de uma universidade brasileira, estudo realizado na Universidade do Minho, na especialidade de Desenvolvimento Curricular.  O trabalho faz uma reflexão de como vem ocorrendo essas reformas curriculares. Finalmente verificou-se que a nova proposta curricular das DCN/2005 possibilita decisões curriculares e práticas curriculares inovadoras que permitem não só a reflexão da realidade socioeconômica, mas também a formação de administradores com competências e habilidades para gerir as organizações.
