      The present study has emerged from the general objective of exploring the relationships between determinants of sociodemographic, religious, socio-familial, psychosocial and school environment contexts and the school indiscipline perceived by the students, is a quantitative cross-sectional study with descriptive-correlational characteristics, We surveyed 772 students, mostly female (52.1%), aged between 12 and 17 (M = 13.33; Dp = 1,042), the majority residing in rural areas (51.2% ), Belonging mainly to the socioeconomic class III -Middle Class (48.4%) attending the 3 CEB, the research protocol included measured and validated measurement instruments for the Portuguese population, we extracted very sustained results, and the study of the relationship between the Scale (EIEPA) and the other variables were very significant.

      O objetivo geral, explorar as relações existentes entre determinantes de contexto sociodemográfico, religioso, sociofamiliar, psicossocial e de clima escolar e a indisciplina escolar percepcionada pelos alunos. Recorrendo a um estudo de natureza quantitativa, do tipo transversal com características descritivo-correlacionais, inquirimos 772 alunos adolescentes portugueses.
