Partiendo de la inegable fuerza que cobran los factores y riesgos psicosociales a los que el trabajador se encuentra expuesto diariamente durante el normal desarrollo de su relación laboral, el presente estudio aborda el análisis de aquellos que, teniendo origen fuera del trabajo, afectan sin embargo de manera determinante a su actividad, siendo por ello objeto de un análisis diferenciado. Cabrá, por tanto, determinar aquellas situaciones laborales que tienen una alta probabilidad de dañar gravemente la salud de los trabajadores, física, social o mentalmente así como determinar los factores de riesgo psicosocial que con diferentes niveles de probabilidad pueden ocasionar daños en la persona.

Based on the undeniable strength of psychosocial factors and risks to which the worker is exposed daily during the normal development of his / her employment relationship, the present study addresses the analysis of those who originate outside of work, determinant to its activity, being therefore the subject of a differentiated analysis. It will therefore be possible to determine those work situations that have a high probability of seriously damaging the health of the workers, physically, socially or mentally as well as to determine the psychosocial risk factors that with different levels of probability can cause damages in the person
