After the first note (Chirli & Bogi, 2002) regarding the Pliocene outcrop of «Poggio alla Fame», near Colle di Val d’Elsa (Siena), the authors report some further new findings for the Tuscany area. These are: Lacuna bourgeoisi (Tournover, 1874), Megalomphalus disciformis (Granata-Grillo, 1877), Saccoina monterosatoi (Sacco, 1892), Chrysallida incerta (Milaschewitch, 1916), Odetta sulcata (De Folin, 1870), Turbonilla pliomagna Sacco, 1892, Folinella varisculpta Micali, 1992. Lacuna bourgeoisi is found for the first time in the Italian Pliocene, Megalomphalus disciformis is reported for the first time as a fossil for the Pliocene, while Chrysallida incerta and Odetta sulcata are reported for the first time as fossils. One of the new finding is also described as new species, Pusillina nilae sp. nov. This rissoid has a small (average height 2-2.5 mm.), ovate-conic, thin and smooth shell. The protoconch has 2.5 convex smooth whorls and is not clearly distinguished from the teleoconch. The teleoconch has three highly convex whorls, of which the intermediate one gives to the shell a coeloconoid profile; the body whorl is about 60% of the total height. L’affioramento pliocenico di Poggio alla Fame presso Colle di Val d’Elsa (Siena), precedentemente studiato da Chirli & Bogi (2002), ha portato alla segnalazione di altre otto specie di micro gasteropodi di particolare interesse, tra cui una nuova specie di Rissoidae: Pusillina nilae. Tutte le specie trattate in questa seconda nota rappresentano nuove segnalazioni per il Pliocene toscano. I taxa sono: Pusillina nilae n. sp., Lacuna bourgeoisi (Tournover, 1874), Megalomphalus disciformis (Granata-Grillo, 1877), Saccoina monterosatoi (Sacco, 1892), Chrysallida incerta (Milaschewitch, 1916), Odetta solcata (De Folin, 1870), Turbonilla pliomagna Sacco, 1892 e Folinella varisculpta Micali, 1992.
