Point névralgique de la cité, la ville ancienne et ses enjeux sont aujourd'hui au coeur de la réflexion sur la gestion -conservation et restauration- du patrimoine historique. Noyau fondateur, autrefois îlot interdit et protégé, joyau architectural, la Médina a subi de profondes perturbations, tant dans sa fonction économique que dans son contenu social. Dans cette optique, quelles pourraient être les modalités de cette mutation, mutation qui compte parmi les principaux enjeux de la politique urbanistique et touristique de la Tunisie actuelle?
