Este breve texto alude a la relación real que existió entre Thomas Mann y Theodor Adorno. El territorio, la montaña, como representación de un deseo, una ausencia que se abre al mundo de la representación donde todo es imaginario pero podría haber sido real, o a la inversa. En este viaje se presupone una pulsión que habría llevado a Adorno hasta el lugar que representaba los lugares idílicos de la infancia, el encuentro con el otro en un medio libre y perfecto. Un lugar que nos espera en el viaje imaginado que ahora comienza.

This brief text addresses the factual relationship between Thomas Mann and Theodor Adorno. The territory, the mountain, as representation of a wish, an absence open to depiction world where everything is imaginary but it could have been real or the other way around. This journey presupposes a pulsion that would have taken Adorno to the place that symbolised the idyllic spaces of the childhood and the encounter with the other in a free and perfect realm. It is a place that is waiting for us along the imagined journey that is starting now.
