Constitución formal de las obras de Asquerino a nivel de discurso

En dos números previos de Cauce definí, por un lado, un modelo comunicativo de acercamiento al acto dramático en su aplicación al análisis de las obras de Eduardo Asquerino y, por otro, la constitución formal de la obra de este autor en su nivel gramatical u oracional. En este número aludo igualmente en la constitución formal, pero a nivel textual o de discurso. En un próximo y último número me referiré a la constitución pragmática. La constitución formal a nivel de discurso nos descubre cómo funcionan (1) las reglas de la cohesión, que gobiernan la distribución o disposición de la vieja y nueva información y dan verosimilitud a la trama, y (2) las convenciones retóricas que guían la organización de la obra dramática y se encuentran en el lenguaje conversacional y en el referencial de las acotaciones

In two previous issues of Cauce I defined, first, a communicative model of the dramatic act in order to apply it to the analysis of Eduardo Asquerino�s work, and, second, the formal structure of this dramatist�s works at the grammatical or sentence levels. In this current issue I also refer to the formal construction of his works, but at the textual or discourse level. In a fourth paper, I will study the pragmatic structure of this same author�s works. The formal structure at the discourse level reveals how the following two elements of Asquerino�s works function: (1) the rules of cohesion, which govern the distribution of the old and new information and give verisimilitude to the plot and (2) the rhetorical conventions which guide the organization of the dramatic work and appear in the conversational language of the play and in the referential language of the stage directions
