Resumen de Estado, Derecho y Religión

  Este artículo versa sobre la relación que podemos encontrar entre religión, Estado y Derecho. Pretende demostrar la influencia que tenían las distintas concepciones religiosas sobre la creación, formulación y aplicación de las normas jurídicas y que en la actualidad la relación creencias religiosas, Estado y Derecho se mantiene. La base fundamental de este artículo se presenta a través de ejemplos fehacientes de la influencia directa de la religión en el ámbito de las funciones estatales y del propio Derecho.

  Comenzamos por una pequeña presentación sobre el tema, luego le siguen varios puntos que tratan sobre la religión como antecesora del Estado y el Derecho, el Estado y Derecho como elementos diferentes, la expresión histórica de la religión en la actividad estatal, la religión como límite al ejercicio del Derecho en la Historia de la humanidad y la influencia directa de la religión en el Derecho, en el ámbito del ejercicio de las funciones estatales en la actualidad y por último arribamos a conclusiones sobre el tema que se nos presenta y fue objeto de estudio

  This article is about the relationship that can be found between religion, state and law. It is aimed at demonstrating the influence of the different religious conceptions on creation, formulation, and application of the juridical norms and the relationship maintained between religious beliefs, state and law. The main basis of this article is presented through remarkable examples of the direct influence of religion in the realm of the state duties and Law as such.

  We begin by means of a short presentation of the topic, then there are various points about religion as an antecedent of state and law, state and law as two different elements, the historical expression of religion in state activity, religion as a limit to the exercise of law in the history of humanity and the direct influence of religion on law in the realm of exercise of the state duties at the current time and finally we arrive at conclusions about the presented topic that was the object of study
