    El tiempo de trabajo incide de manera directa sobre la posibilidad de asumir responsabilidades de carácter familiar. Nuestro ordenamiento ha establecido determinados mecanismos que afectan a la jornada y a la distribución del tiempo de trabajo con el objetivo de facilitar la conciliación con tales responsabilidades. Entre estos mecanismos existen diferentes posibilidades de adaptación del tiempo de trabajo, siendo el objetivo del presente trabajo analizarlas.

    Work time directly affects the possibility of assuming responsibilities of a family nature. Our system has established certain mechanisms that affect the working time in order to facilitate the reconciliation with such responsibilities. Among these mechanisms there are different possibilities of adaptation of working time, the aim of which is to analyze them.
