  • This article attempts to make a briefpresentation of different methodologies used in the field of psychology in the study of the relationship between aggressive behaviour and television violence. In addition, it incorporates as a proposal the necessity ofgoing beyond the simplistic view of television as the unique factor, or the most significant one, and the need to reflect on the role it plays as just one such element, characteristic of our culture and the current historical era.
