Resumen de El Museo Nacional del Teatro: Estrategias de difusión

  El Teatro forma parte del denominado Patrimonio Inmaterial, al ser considerado expresión artística de carácter efímero, ya que es un espectáculo vivo en el momento de su representación. Su condición de inmediatez dificulta la labor de conservación de los materiales derivados de su puesta en escena, tales como vestuario, figurines o bocetos de escenografía que, por su valor artístico adquieren significado museográfico. Éstos junto a otros bienes artísticos no relacionados directamente con los montajes, sino con personalidades relevantes del mundo de la escena, como son los retratos, esculturas de actores y dramaturgos, correspondencia ... entre otros, nos permiten reconstruir la historia del teatro español. En este sentido, el Museo Nacional del Teatro tiene el objetivo de conservar, investigar y difundir este patrimonio teatral a la sociedad. Es por ello que nuestro reto para el futuro es crear y mantener una programación pedagógica sostenible que capte el interés y la implicación de los visitantes así como la incorporación de nuevos públicos que encuentren en el Museo Nacional del Teatro un referente en el ámbito del patrimonio teatral y cultural.

  The theatre is part of the called Intangible Heritage, being considered an artistic expression of ephemeral nature, since it is a live spectacle at the moment of its representation. Its condition of immediacy hinders the work of conservation of the materials derived from its staging, such as costumes, figurines or scenography sketches that, by its artistic value acquires museological valour and that, together with other artistic objects not directly related to certain assemblies, but with relevant personalities from the world of the scene; As are the portraits, sculptures of actors and playwrights, correspondence ... among others, allow us to rebuild the history of spanish theater. In this sense, the National Theatre Museum aims to preserve, research and disseminate this theatrical heritage to society. That is why our challenge for the future is to create and maintain a sustainable pedagogical programming that captures the interest and the involvement of the visitors as well as the incorporation of new publics that find in the National Museum of the Theatre a museum of reference in the field of the theatrical and cultural heritage.
