  • Resumen
    • The present manuscript shows a review of the different refractive and nonrefractive procedures that can be combined with INTACS implantation. Refractive applications for myopia correction can consider planned corneal bioptics using INTACS after excimer laser or surface ablation after INTACS, and unplanned corneal bioptics for management of complications post-excimer laser or radial keratotomy. The non-refractive applications, for irregular astigmatism due to ecstatic corneal disorders or contact lens warpage, can consider INTACS after, before or simultaneous Ferrara Ring, INCTACS after, before or simultaneous C3R and INTACS with corneal moulding (o vernight contact lens wear) with or without C3R. Finally, ocular bioptics techniques considering INTACS with toric phakic intraocular lens and INTACS with phacoemulsification with intraocular lens are described
