Resumen de Implementação do ERP no setor de tintas de indústria gráfica: relato de caso

  This article has as main objective to analyze and describe the process for choosing a ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) starting from decision making going throughout its selection, deployment and maintenance. The company under study belongs to the graphic production sector and purposely has a non-computerized environment, in order to highlight both benefits and difficulties resulted from this process, as well as enable the identification of the reasons of how and why they have occurred, seeking to contribute for building a theoretical model for an ERP system’s deployment. The methodology in this work consists of bibliographical researches which presents concepts related to ERP systems and survey of the benefits and possible problems, such as detailed on the scientific foundation, to obtain references for this study. The case report describes the process of the deployment of the ERP System supplied by the company RAJ Tecnologia, in the company Gráfica Sarapuí. Among the results observed, stand out the decrease: of replenishment time of raw material on printers and stock, machinery setup due to the lack of raw material and, additionally; a cycle model for use of this system. With these improvements, the sector observed an increase of technical capability and therefore also an increase in the scope of services rendered to its customers.

  Este artigo tem como objetivo principal analisar e descrever o processo de escolha de um sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) a partir da tomada de decisões ao longo de sua seleção, implantação e manutenção. A empresa e o estudo referem-se ao setor de produção gráfica que possuía um ambiente não informatizado, para destacar os benefícios e as dificuldades resultantes desse processo, bem como permitir a identificação dos motivos de como e por que eles ocorreram, buscando contribuir para a construção de um modelo teórico para a implantação de um sistema ERP. A metodologia neste trabalho é constituída por pesquisas bibliográficas que apresentam conceitos relacionados aos sistemas de ERP, o levantamento dos benefícios e possíveis problemas, como detalhado no fundamento científico, para obter referências para este estudo. O relato de caso descreve o processo de implantação do Sistema ERP fornecido pela empresa RAJ Tecnologia, na empresa Gráfica Sarapuí. Entre os resultados observados, destacam-se: a diminuição do tempo de reposição da matéria-prima em impressoras e estoque, configuração de máquinas devido à falta de matéria-prima e adicionalmente um modelo de ciclo para uso deste sistema. Com essas melhorias, o setor observou um aumento da capacidade técnica e também um aumento no alcance dos serviços prestados aos seus clientes.
