Resumen de Habilidades profesionales de la agronomía: historia de su formación y desarrollo en Pinar del Río

  Se presenta una temática de importancia en la educación técnica y profesional cubana: la formación y desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales de la agronomía. El objetivo propuesto en el trabajo está dirigido a realizar un acercamiento a la evolución histórica de la formación y desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales de la especialidad Agronomía en la provincia Pinar del Río. Para ello, se realizó un recorrido en el estudio de este proceso que inicio desde los primeros habitantes del territorio hasta nuestros días, siguiendo las dos formas de educación reconocidas: la educación no escolarizada y la escolarizada. Fueron empleados métodos teóricos y empíricos de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativo. La investigación tuvo carácter descriptivo y asumió un enfoque mixto. El recorrido histórico realizado, permitió comprobar la tendencia creciente hacia la necesidad del fortalecimiento de este proceso, en tanto constituye un pilar fundamental en la formación integral de los profesionales de esta especialidad técnica y profesional.

  An analysis on a thematic of importance in the technical and professional education Cuban was carried out: the formation and development of the professional abilities of the agronomy. The objective proposed in the work was managed to carry out an approach to the historical evolution of the formation and development of the professional abilities of this specialty in the Pinar del Río province. For this reason, a historical journey in the study of this process that began from the first inhabitants of the territory until the present time was carried out, following the two grateful education forms: the education in the school and outside of the school. Theoretical and empiric methods of quantitative and qualitative type were used. The investigation had descriptive character and it assumed a mixed focus. The realized historical journey, allowed to check the growing tendency toward the necessity of the invigoration of this process, as long as it has constituted a fundamental pillar in the integral formation of the professionals of this technical and professional specialty.
