El presente artículo presenta un sistema de trabajo teórico y metodológico para la formación inicial y permanente de los Maestros Primarios en la provincia de Pinar del Río, que contiene los componentes curriculares y su correspondiente soporte bibliográfico, con el objetivo de elevar su preparación en el área de formación de la Educación Jurídica, desde la asignatura Educación Cívica. Es un sistema abierto, que se inserta en los demás sistemas definidos por el Ministerio de Educación.

The present article presents a system of theoretical and methodological work for the initial and permanent formation of Primary School Teachers in Pinar del Río province, which contains the curricular components and its corresponding bibliographical support, with the objective of elevating their preparation in the formation area of Law Education, from the subject Civic Education. It is an open system that is inserted in the other systems defined by the Ministry of Education.
