    El tema tratado en este trabajo contribuye a la formación vocacional pedagógica por ser prioridad de las líneas de trabajo del Ministerio de Educación. Su objetivo es proponer un sistema de actividades extradocentes que contribuya a la motivación vocacional pedagógica en los alumnos de segundo ciclo en la escuela primaria, el mismo constituye la significación práctica de dicho trabajo, que se sustenta en la escuela Socio Histórico Cultural de Vigotsky y sus seguidores, el ideario de Martí y las ideas de Fidel. La aplicación práctica de la propuesta se concibe por actividades aplicadas a los alumnos, mediante un aprendizaje desarrollador.

    The theme of this work contributes to the pedagogic and vocational formation because it is a priority of the Ministry of Education. Its objective is to propose a system of extraclass activities that contribute to the pedagogic and vocational motivation of the students of the second cycle in the primary school, constituting the practical si gnificance of this work that is sustained on the School of Vigotsky and his followers, Marti`s thought and Fidel's ideas. The practical application of the proposal is conceived by activities applied to the students, through a developer learning.
