    Se abordan criterios, en lo particular, sobre la connotación conceptual y práctica del proyecto institucional o de centro como tipo particular de proyecto educativo, por ser este una vía desarrolladora, participativa y sostenible para la generación de Actividad Científica Educacional dirigida a la búsqueda de la calidad y la excelencia en el contexto pedagógico cubano actual. Las consideraciones emitidas han sido vivenciadas por los autores mediante la ejecución del Proyecto “Centro Consultor para la Estimulación del Talento Verbal” en el Centro de Referencia Provincial de Educación Primaria “Dalquis Sánchez Pupo”, en la provincia de Holguín.

    Criteria are dealt, in particular, about the conceptual connotation and practice of the institutional project or the school as a particular type of educative project, because it is a developing, participative and sustainable way for the generation of the Educational and Scientific Activity aimed at the search of quality and excelence in the Cuban pedagogical context nowadays. The considerations stated have been lived by the authors through the “Consultant Center for the Stimulation of the Verbal Talent” Project performed in the Provincial Elementary School of Reference “Dalquis Sánchez Pupo”, in Holguin province.
