    En  el presente artículo “Motivar a los demás”, se realiza un análisis teórico  del proceso de motivación, destacando a este como suceso personal de orientación y regulación  del comportamiento humano, el cual puede ser estimulado por los demás, como entidades externas, mediadoras, que participan en el mismo. Se ofrece además un conjunto de recomendaciones, como alternativa viable para la estimulación y desarrollo de la motivación por aprender, en los alumnos.

    In this ar ticle Motivate Others the author makes a theoretical analysis of the process o f motivation, highlighting the latter as a personal succession of the human regulation and orientation, which can be stimulated by others as external and mediating entities who p articipate in it. It is also offered a set of recommendations as an achievable alternative to stimulate and develop motivation to learn in the students.
