    Para enfrentar los cambios y retos que sistemáticamente acontecen en el sistema educacional a cualquier instancia, el dirigente, más que un administrador tendrá que ser necesariamente un lider educacional, capas de llevar adelante la educación de las nuevas generaciones. Para ello las posibilidades del éxito en la actualidad encuentran sus raíces fundamentales en la capacidad del dirigente de afianzar los mejores valores humanos y proyectarlos al futuro, con el auxilio de lo más avanzado de la dirección científica, para lo cual ofrecemos algunas reflexiones que permitan la aplicación consecuente de nuevos métodos y estilos de dirección que den paso a una constante búsqueda colectiva de soluciones creadoras a los problemas.

    To face the changes and challenges that systematically happen in the edu cational system to any instance, the leader, more than an administrator will necessarily have to be an educational leader, or you eliminate the possibility of taking the education of the new generations ahead. The possibilities of success at present find t heir fundamental roots in the capacity of the leader to secure the best human values and to project them to the future, with the aid of the most advanced scientific management techniques. It is offer ed some reflections that allow the consequent application of new methods and management styles that open the way to a constant collective search of creative solutions to the problems.
