    El presente artículo aborda una breve sistematización de los principales referentes teóricos que sustentan los intereses profesionales pedagógicos, insertados dentro de una de las etapas de la orientación profesional pedagógica, en el contexto de la formación inicial de docentes en las Universidades de Ciencias Pedagógicas, reconociendo la necesidad de formar un profesional de la educación a la altura de nuestros tiempos, que ame su profesión, la respete y la valore. Además se brinda algunas posiciones teóricas de autores cubanos que han incursionado en esta temática.

    This article deals with a brief systematization of the main theoretical framework underpinning pedagogical professional interests, inserted into one of the stages of teaching vocational guidance in the context of initial teacher training at the Universities of Pedagogical Sciences, recognizing the need to form a professional in education at the height of our times, who loves, respects and values, his profession. It alsoprovides some theoretical positions of Cuban authors who have ventured into this subject.
