La profesionalización de los estudiantes universitarios durante la formación inicial

    En la actualidad la profesionalización de los docentes, se considera como uno de los grandes retos de la Educación Superior y constituye la base para la solución de otros grandes problemas planteados a la Universidad actual. Sin embargo existe una tendencia desde el abordaje a la hiperbolizaciòn de este proceso, como fenómeno predominante de la etapa de formación posgraduada. Esto excluye y resta el valor que tiene la formación inicial, momento donde se sientan las bases de la formación de la identidad como profesional. Fundamentar el papel y lugar de manera integral, en su vínculo armónico entre formación inicial y permanente, constituye el problema científico que este artículo  aspira a que sus resultados teóricos contribuyan a su solución.

    At present time, the process of professionalization is considered as one of the highest goals in the university studies and it is the base of solutions of other big problems stated by the present university. However, there is a tendency from the hyperbole of this process as a phenomenon of post graduated education. This excludes and diminishes the value in the university formation, moment where the bases of identity as professionals are created. The article deals with role and placement as a whole and its harmonic relationship between initial and permanent formation, the content of this article constitutes the scientific problem of the research and it brings about the methodological bases to contribute to its solution.
