    This work is a contribution to the debate on linguistic justice and more specially to the development of a Normative Theory of language policy on the basis of the contributions of the Sciences of complexity. This theory is contextualized with data from the analysis of the language policy of the Government of José Ramon Bauzá, president of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands between 2011 and 2015, as they allow to exemplify several current debates about TNPL.

    Aquest treball és una contribució al debat sobre la justícia lingüística i, concretament, a l’elaboració d’una Teoria Normativa de la Política Lingüística a partir de les aportacions de les ciències de la complexitat. Es contextualitza aquesta teoria amb dades provinents de l’anàlisi de la política lingüística del govern de José Ramón Bauzá, president de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears entre 2011 i 2015, ja que permeten exemplificar diversos debats actuals sobre TNPL.
