Attraverso l�indagine sulla qualificazione giuridica della clausola �salvo buon fine� e sulle modalità di attivazione della relativa garanzia, l�articolo si propone di fornire un contributo al tema riguardante la configurazione strutturale del contratto di sconto, prevenendo alla prospettazione di talune soluzioni applicative riguardanti il contenuto della prestazione incombente sullo scontatario.

Through the investigation of the legal classification of the clause �subject to proper handling� and the modalities of the entry into force of the related guarantee, this article wants to offer a contribution to the subject of the structural configuration of a discount treaty with the aim to restrict the view towards certain possibilies of application related to the content of the incumbent performance through the discount-granting party.
